Function Room Hire

Function room rates are based on a minimum spend system so that you may not incur any room hire fee. Alternatively there is a flat room hire rate option available if that spend is not likely to be reached. Please speak to our functions manager for more information on hiring our private function room or Terrace.

Minimum spend and room hire rates are available on advice from our Events Manager.

Security

Having a security guard or door person for your function can be a necessity depending on the weekday you hold your function. Your door person can be briefed with invitation details or a guest list and also prevent any regular patrons from entering the exclusive function room. We will arrange this for you at a cost of $35 per hour, for a minimum of 4 hours should it be required.

Trading Hours

We are licensed until 1am Sunday – Thursday, 2am Friday & Saturday or at Managements discretion.

Under 18’s

The Fox and Lion allow under 18’s on the premises until 9pm in the presence of a parent or guardian (Mature adult).
Please speak to our Function Manager regarding under 18’s at private functions.

Services

We cater for all function requests and would be more than happy to organise the following services for you and add the cost to your bill:

* Floral Arrangements
* P.A. Systems
* DJ’s
* Party Themes
* Party Decorations

Deposits

A deposit of $500 is requested to confirm your booking.
This will be deducted from your bill at the conclusion of the function. Deposits are non refundable if function is cancelled.
